            Share the summary

            Turn on a private link that shows the Summary page, read only. Anyone with the link can see it, without your password. Your notes are never included.

            Open it

            Making a new link stops the old one from working.

            Backup

            Download everything as an Excel sheet (projects plus an Orders sheet) or as a backup file. Restoring a backup file adds its projects and updates ones with the same ID.

            Automatic backups

            A copy of all projects is saved once a day when you use the portal, and before every merge, delete or restore. The newest 60 copies are kept.
